We are pleased to advise that we will be offering a free shuttle service for customers that runs between Queensgate Shopping Centre and Waterloo Station across each weekend in December prior to Christmas.

The service will run every 15 minutes between Waterloo Station and Queensgate between the hours of 10am and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. There will be a designated pick up location at Waterloo Station on the Waterloo side, and the shuttle will pick up and drop off by the Bloomfield Terrace entrance.

In order for customers to utilise the free shuttle service returning to Waterloo Station from the Centre, customers will be advised to present receipts of their purchases from within Centre to a designated concierge at the Bloomfield Terrace pick up area.
